Softeam realizes an innovative staff evaluation system for Mercer Italia. Through the platform it is possible, for Mercer personnel, to build customized simulation scenarios for customers who wish to evaluate the skills of their human resources. Each participant will be able to access a virtual desktop in which he will have to manage emails, documents and video calls simulated with Mercer assessors. The platform can also be accessed via web from mobile devices; is made with the most modern technologies (Angular, ASP.NET WebAPI), integrates the Zoom API for the creation and recording of video calls and is hosted on the Azure Cloud.
